DoC Hack 2017

Boom Boom Boom

Boom Boom Boom is a funny little 2D game where you can shoot down songs you don’t like.

It was part of a larger project we worked on for the DoC Hackathon 2017 held this week at Goldsmiths University of London.

The project aimed at working out a music recommendation list using the “surviving song(s)” at the end of a level. It would have fed data to the Spotify API with metadata from the surviving song and pulled out a list of suggested songs based on the data from the surviving tracks.

You can download and run the game (build in JavaScript using p5.js) by accessing the open source ONLINE REPO LINK

Note: the music recommendation part is not implemented on the GitHub repo
